Login - Use Webmaker Login on Devices w/o Firefox Accounts #238

According to the Firefox Accounts team, the MozID APIs will not work on Tarako.

Looks like we'll at least need SMS for our login system and some creativity.

Next step will be to get a list of countries we want to enable SMS for.

We've got a Twillio account for now for prototyping. We'll have to figure out a longer-term strategy when we really ship.

Excellent. Does the login team have a bugzilla ticket(s) that this is being tracked under or should we help get this ticketed?
