Create template training on Webmaker to support Mozillians (and other educators) #35

I have to build this for Cambodia/Rwanda - thinking to merge whats done and prepare a one pager to support Mozillians Any already made curriculum?

Hey @cecilepompei I'm not sure if I understand everything. I propose to clarify:

Training on Webmaker : I think this would be tutorials on how to use Webmaker, common questions and problems. Example: "Click here, then click here, then click here and magic happens. If X does not work, then you need to do XX."
Curriculum on Webmaker: When we talk about "curriculum" on Webmaker I think of a learning plan where Webmaker is one of the tool to faciliate learning.

Example: "Today we will learn RGBA. Can you create this teal color on Webmaker ? What did you notice ? Magic happened, you just learned RGBA."

So which one do you need for Rwanda / Cambodia ?

Im not sure that we have a set of tutorials ready yet, but we are currently testing some curriculum made by Souktel this week, which we can have for you soon.

1) training on Webmaker is very valuable but @secretrobotron told me he is already working on this

What I mean here is a manual on how to train people on Webmaker. The audience would be the educators would are teaching Webmaker Format would be something like: a) Discussion about local content: what do you like to share? what do you want to know? which website could help your friends, family and community? do you think there is enough content in your community Presentation of Webmaker b) Video demo about Webmaker c) start playing with Webmaker d) questions to the facilitator

It seems that what would help and be a good start is some prompts on local content creation - if you have any idea of how to introduce Webmaker let me know. I am as well prepping something
