Hi, @ariestiyansyah and team,

To help with daily social media, we developed some sample Twitter and Facebook posts to translate and localize: https://goo.gl/yUfr5s. There are also columns where you can drop in links to your posts, number of RTs, etc.

We also have a guidebook with social media best practices: https://goo.gl/1FNduY

I'd love to set up a time next month to say "hi" go over these documents together. Does that sound OK?

@fauzanalfi @kelimuttu there's another localization ask here. @KevZawacki has a spreadsheet with several small blurbs about Webmaker for social media. I've added it to https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker-launch/wiki/Localization for reference. Think you can help?

Saya minta maaf sebelumnya tidak mengabari apapun ke kalian sehingga kesannya saya menghilang. Saya tidak ada kabar karena kerjaan dikantor lagi very very hectic. Layanan kantor lagi mengalami masalah system error dan saya menangani customer handling-nya. Menyelesaikan semua transaksi user yg error dan itu tidak puluhan atau ratusan, tapi ribuan transaksi. Sekarang sudah lumayan terselesaikan. Sekarang, saya bisa kembali untuk menyelesaikan task di team sosmed & communication ini.

Mohon bantuannya untuk memberikan update terakhirnya.

If you're available, I think it may be useful for us to connect for ~30 minutes next week and talk about Webmaker social media. We can share best practices and figure out how to best support each other's work on Twitter and Facebook.

Is there a time/day that works best for you? And what's the best way to connect — Skype?

@fauzanalfi @kelimuttu I saw that l10n for socmed already finished. I just made some small editing and corrected some small errors on those strings. everything is good to go to use in twitter and FB account now:)

@KevZawacki our ideas about contents for landing page should be related to the app itself. things like tutorial in creating projects, tips and trick in using webmaker app. that will definitely help new user to read, write and participate on the web. what do you think about that?

@alamanda That sounds great. We're working on a Webmaker blog now that will be posted when the new version is launched. I can share it shortly, when it's complete. It will provide plenty on content about Webmaker's mission and abilities, plus tips and tricks.

Hi everyone. Looking forward to starting Webmaker promotion on social media later this month!

A quick update: we've decided to push the launch from Friday, August 14 to Monday, August 17. The beginning of the week will be more effective.

So, let's plan to start tweeting from facebook.com/MozillaIndonesia and Twitter.com/id_mozilla on Monday, August 17.

@Nhie, you asked about Sprinklr and reviewing social media results in Indonesia. We've seen almost 200 mentions of Webmaker across social media in Indonesia in just the past 48 hours! Below are some charts with additional information.

Volume trend: more people are talking about Webmaker in Indonesia today than were yesterday. This means the conversation is gaining momentum :smile:

Word cloud: this shows the context in which Webmaker is being discussed. Excellent that words like "konten" and "bikin" are showing up.

bikin means create. and content. great! it means that the keywords people been using are what we intended them to choose dancing is that right, @KevZawacki?

I'm also working together with MoCo social media team. there will be a snippet running today that connects Webmaker App and Indonesia Independence Day celebration, with hashtag #RI70. hopefully, this will boost some traffic for Firefox users to download the app.

Hey Team 5, an update: 19% of Webmaker conversations on social media in the past four days are happening in Indonesia. That's huge! :smile:
