Submit pull request for git hub issues wiki extension #1391

We're going to start using the GitHub issues extension on the new wiki.webmaker.org, for easier roadmapping, etc. You can see this in action here: http://wiki.webmaker.org/Main_Page
The problem: right now, the extension pulls in the entire issue thread. Including all the comments. Which makes it extremely unwieldy.
Fix: just have the extension pull in the issue title only. Users can just click on the title to link through to more.
The extension author on Git Hub, Aaron, says they are open to a pull request for this. https://github.com/aaronpk/MediaWiki-Github-Issues
Task: have a MoFo developer submit a PR.

@simonwex @edrushka : not sure of the correct protocol to use for these. This will be hugely helpful in developing this "big picture" view ticket https://github.com/MozillaFoundation/plan/issues/417

I can try to shepherd this through my misc tickets this heartbeat, but I will be PTO all next week so if you really need this done by April 10th, you may want to ask @simonwex to assign.

This still needs to be tested as I wrote it blind -- I don't have any of this stack set up.

@jbuck do you know the details for updating our version of this?

@simonwex Do you mean updating wiki.wm.o with the new version of this plugin when it lands, or just using our fork? From that link, it looks like the PR needs some fixes.

@simonwex the Program Mgmt group is going to start aggressively roadmapping the rest of Q2 / Q3 next Heartbeat, and this would massively help. Let me know if there's anything we can do to make this easier?
