Forward traffic to beta.webmaker.org #1419

In prep for the app launch and Whistler, we want to forward traffic from webmaker.org/en-US to beta.webmaker.org. Redirect should begin on Monday 6/15.

Note: only redirect visits to the homepage. An actual relaunch will happen later after more prep. (see: https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker-desktop/issues/75)

@simonwex @jbuck - who should execute this? Other concerns?

:+1: Only correction: "forward traffic from https://webmaker.org/". Not just en-US.

Do we forward other translations to the beta site in English? Or, do we let them land on the current site until we're ready with localized content?

Any developer can execute this, just add a patch to https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker.org/blob/master/routes/redirect.js

@thisandagain will give the go-ahead to push this to production on June 19th after a new version of the app has been published to the Play Store.

This is probably a dupe of mozilla/webmaker-desktop#90 . When either of these gets closed, close the twin!
