update for a new goggles location #1437

Pomax commented 8 years ago

This removes all local goggle content and redirect to goggles.mozilla.org instead.

Also fixes the same problem login had around rtltr-for-less and a hacked less-middleware. Given that the actual webmaker.org site has been masked off in favour of beta.webmaker.org, this should come with zero consequences.
