Republish an existing page with different template #34

If an author published a page and decided that they want to update the page with a new template. We should allow them to override the current content by selecting a new template without having to create a new page, removing the old page and rename the new page to do what they want to do.

Thinking about it again, I think it make more sense for the author to remove that page and recreate it which it seems to be an easier flow to do this.
