Currently blocked on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/svn-commit-fails-because-of-yield-keyword.

For now, I've published the new version by removing the function that was using yield (as it is unneeded).

https://github.com/lcobucci/jwt/pull/83 would fix this (and would make VAPID available to PHP 5.4 users).
