Added Brazilian Portuguese Translations and removed subscription button borders. #322

Strings were manually translated to Brazilian Portuguese considering language specific terms, parenthesis were used for terms used both in english and portuguese in Brazil to avoid confusion. Removed browser default borders from subscription management button because design matters.

@marco-c I couldn't find a proper way to thank you for helping on my issue so I translated your plugin to pt_BR (Brazilian Portuguese). I hope it helps :)
