Click on the ‘Add/Update Root Cases’ button to indicate which root certificates are covered in the audit statements. For each covered root certificate, check the boxes corresponding to the audit statements that apply. Then click on the "Apply Changes" button. This will create corresponding Root Cases.
If any of the root certificates covered by these audit statements can validate TLS/SSL certificates, then you need to also provide the URLs to the test websites. If the root certificate is enabled for EV treatment, then the TLS/SSL certs for the test websites must also be EV.
Scroll down to the "Root Cases" section, or click on the "Root Cases" link near the top of the page.
Click on the "Edit" link for the Root Case to modify.
Enter the URLs to the test websites (valid, expired, and revoked)
Click on the ‘Save’ button
