Popup not opening #206

Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a tab with the URL about:debugging
  2. Add the latest version (main repository) in the "Load Temporary Add-on..."
  3. Try to open the popup by clicking on the Add-on on the toolbar

Expected behavior:

When clicking on the add-on, it is expected to open the popup.

Actual behavior:

Not opening the popup.
