Message ticks on conversation are not correctly shown #21

mobile : intex cloud fx os : 1.3v

send conformation tick cannot show correctly ...its like a box... i think its your design but in your screenshot have a tick. so this is issue or not..

I think this is a font issue. It might be possible that the font does not have the check ✓ icon.

Could you visit this page http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/2713/browsertest.htm with your Firefox OS phone and tell if it renders the character?

Could you also please go to this page with your phone and check wether the character is shown correctly?

Thanks for finding this @duesenfranz !! Do you like to do a patch? I can do it in the weekend, but I would prefer others to contribute back to OpenWapp :)

The character works fine in 1.3 simulator, which means we can't really test for character support... @catgames Could you do me a favor and also test this page? Thank you very much! :sunny: @willyaranda Yes I'd like to do this over the weekend! :)
