Call for NPC Guidelines Inputs #60

The National Privacy Commission (NPC) is currently drafting guidelines on the following:

  1. Deceptive Design Patterns and Manipulative Personalization
  2. Processing of Personal Data using Body-Worn Cameras by Law Enforcement Agencies
  3. Use of Portable Storage Devices

"The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) mandates the National Privacy Commission (NPC) to monitor the country’s compliance with international standards for data protection. Pursuant to this mandate, the NPC is currently crafting the abovementioned Guidelines. NPC wants to hear from you."

As a community, MozillaPH will be submitting our comments and recommendations to the NPC related to the above. We want the voices of MozillaPH community members to be heard and make themselves part of this.

An online form will be created and the same will be closed on 2100H of Thursday, 30 March 2023 (GMT+8).
