fixes slugs for some badges to keep them consistent with badgekit data #211

Simplify the code because we don't have to handle different slugs anymore (changed in the origin database).

I have run the migrations and placed the new DB in the local-badgr-server repo too.

@acabunoc no PaperBadger code related changes in this one, just DB stuff. If you can have a really quick look and +1 it, I'll merge it (no rush, though).
