Developing a roadmap for this project is turning out to be the biggest hurdle at the moment, so anyone who wants to chime in with suggestions, specific or in general, is more than welcome. My ears are open.

General thoughts / starting questions:

• What are your long-term objectives?
• What does the a finished product look like?
• What are some intermediate goals that need to be accomplished to get there?
• If you were giving the project to a highly competent manager to run, what would be the specific action items / milestones? (Checking all of the boxes for these targets should mean that the project is complete.)
