Good point. The API response for the user lookup contains type: "Organization"
, so it is possible to differentiate between organizations and normal users.
It would perhaps be better to rename the "Author" field to "Maintainer" and leave it blank in this case, to make it clear that it should contain the name (and optionally email address) of the contact person responsible for maintaining the code.
When the GitHub repository is owner by a organization look like that the default value for the author field is the organization name. I believe this isn't a big problem but maybe we could agree in a way to write this info in the repository.
