We are currently looking at how to make a bibTeX citation format. We're working on making an @software entry based on the newer bibLaTeX framework and a @misc entry to work in plain bibTeX as a fallback.
We're curious to know if this is good enough for your use or should we add more entry types or bibTeX features?
