How to define scientific code on GitHub? #35

How do we distinguish scientific code from regular code on GitHub? Maybe GitHub needs to add a DOI or ORCID property attached to the repo?

Best case scenario would be to have GitHub have a DOI field, but I'm not sure how doable that is?

DataCite has links to the repository in which the project is based in. We could cross reference GitHub results with DataCite results so we only return the GitHub results that have a DOI.
