This is more of a meta-issue. It would be a good idea to make sure we comply with the specification as much as possible. This includes things like:

[ ] return values (some functions may only return specific CKR_* values)
[ ] data in CK_* structures (CK_INFO, CK_SLOT_INFO, etc.) may have restrictions (see e.g. #4)
[ ] there's probably more
