Add alexa lookup (works on #9) #24

This doesn't do some obvious things, like lookup example.com if the cert is for foo.example.com

@mozkeeler Ready for review. Should we switch all filenames, etc. to use flags?

Yes, I'm thinking of adding another input file, so flags/arg parsing would be good.

Switched everything over to using "flag"
