dashboard: show volume in the background of the per-CA score graphs #52

It would be interesting to see changes in issuance volume. I think there's a way to show it in the same graph as the per-CA scores in a way that's not too cluttered (I'm thinking of how stock charts sometimes show trading volume under/behind stock price).
