Install newer version of docker #23

Docker engine is now version 17.05.0~ce-0~ubuntu-xenial on ubuntu, and ansible is still pinning it to version 1.13, propose removing the pin

Looks like docker-ce is needed (see https://docs.docker.com/v17.09/engine/installation/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/#set-up-the-repository)
