Make theme translatable, clean up some whitespace #13

This stringifies all the in-theme text and adds a .pot file to facilitate localization. I also tidied up some whitespace throughout and converted from tabs to spaces in places where I found tabs. It looks like a lot of changes but most of that is whitespace.
