Make Preview Link link-able #814

We want to have the preview link link-able to improve the UX and the life Snippet Editors.

Since this is a special link (starts with about:newtab) we cannot directly link to it. I already discussed that with AS team (Kate and Andrei) and filed bug 1502897 to explore possibilities and implement.

Bug has been marked P3 and I see no further activity so it won't make it to Fx64.

Adding this in the Fx65 milestone
