Re-define the Goal for MozTW sites. #61

Re-define the 1st level goals for the website (www, planet, irclog, translate, forum, mozilla-links...)

Also try to find out the micro-conversions.

Might need to split the issue to several parts, or 1-2 workshops.

Due date -> TBD.
