Bug: Android build instructions do not work/lack detail for use without eas #510

Describe the bug

The build process is unclear.

To reproduce

clone repo
(install pnpm)
$ pnpm install - produced issue with sharp so had to install manually
attempt dev build - initially comments in the env caused errors and after removing gave errors relating to eas (appears not optional)
created expo repo, to be met by unclear error about GraphQL failing
after this, i gave up, tried the dockerfile which gives errors about clients requiring sql
