This is a rough draft layout of a beginning ga that searches for an optimum bulk modulus, using a parameterization of molar volume, in this example.

Some refactoring that we discussed should be done, but this is git, so changes are easy, and I'm glad we have a scaffold to work with. Great job @HGeerlings .
