Commas need to be removed before the '$' in all parameters #17

In the current implementation there are commas before the '$' which signals
the end of the NAMELIST termination in FORTRAN.  

The last numerical variable MUST not have a ',' after it, otherwise DATCOM
assumes there is another variable which needs to be read.
