Tabs/GUI related clean-up #3

Tabs need to be created from all the NAMELIST classed (eg FLTCON, BODY,
WGPLNF...).  The user shall be able to easily click through the needed
NAMELISTS and input only the information needed.

I played around with trying to add tabs earlier today. Adding the tabs will be 
easy, 
but it will require redoing most of the GUI interface because NetBeans is 
semi-neurotic 
when it comes to touching its auto-generated code. I am going to start on this 
immediately. ETA should be around the end of the weekend, I am assuming that 
there will 
be a significant amount of code clean up happening also in the process.
