Working Binaries? #225

Closed Donovan22 closed 3 years ago

I have tried unsuccessfully for the past couple weeks to compile ElasticFusion and Kintinous with support for the Kinect V2. I got so far as getting the demo working with ElasticFusion, but I cannot get it to recognize the Kinect V2. I am wondering if anyone here has a working compiled copy of ElasticFusion with Kinect V2 support for Windows, and if they might be able to upload it. This may not be possible (I do not believe that any of the dependencies used in compilation are necessary when running the program post-compilation, but IDK anything). Thanks in advance for any help!

After several more hours of trying, I have gotten it to compile (with Kinect2 support) on Ubuntu 18.04.5 on both a laptop and a modded Nintendo Switch (runs like crap on the Switch though : /). I will soon hopefully have all of the modifications I made integrated into a fork. I will be closing this issue now. If anyone has any windows binaries, I would still be very grateful if you could upload them though. : )
