Correct detection of OpenSSL bundled with unRAID 5.x (possibly earlier versions)

Interestingly, the OpenSSL library is present (in /lib), but the OpenSSL 
command is missing on 5.0.6. OpenSSH functions correctly with the check 
removed... Not sure if installation has another check, my OpenSSH package comes 
from 4.something...

The packages likely also need updates to modern, hopefully more secure 
versions, but that is probably an entire project...
