The pull request contains the codepoints specified in ISO/IEC 23090-2 (Omnidirectional media format, OMAF), 2nd Edition, Final Draft International Standard.

Note that the codepoints for OMAF 1st Edition were never registered in mp4ra.org; thus, the pull request also contains codepoints that already existed in OMAF 1st Edition.
