remove evmC as it is the same as evcC #131

The content of the Box evmC is exactly the same as in evcC.

Depending on where/when evmC was published, even if just in MDMS, it could be in use. Obviously we want 1:1 to the boxes, but consider deprecating it rather than deleting it. There is no shortage of 4CC codes so we can afford to err on the side of caution.

There's a heading in 14496-15 saying it exists:

Box Type: 'evmC'

but nowhere is it either defined (in terms of structure/contents) or defined to occur.

OK, so it would be hard to use properly :-) But I am always astonished at how readers will leap to conclusions with the barest threads. Since it was published, I'd still err on the side of caution.
