Support for macOS Sonoma #104

Hello @mpanighetti,

Would it be possible to update Install or Defer to support macOS Sonoma, for Macs already on that OS?

@justintrant #105 should provide macOS Sonoma support, and I added some workflow changes to account for differences in recent macOS releases. Let me know if that's working as expected!
