Second read through #9

Where should I be looking to look at your responses to my comments? Is everything merged in? Should I be branching off master? Or should I return to the chapter branches?

So far I've merged in the changes to the intro and first two results chapters, but the branches for those should be in the same place as the master and I need to make some more additions (mostly references to the code appendix). I haven't merged IMS_chapter_5 yet so that chapter is ahead of master. I merged IMS_Chapter_6 too because it had some appendix stuff in it which I rebased the other branches on. I guess returning to the chapter branches would be best since they are going to be the most up to date for all chapters... sorry I feel like I've made a bit of a mess of this

I've now merged all the corrections into the master branch and am working directly on that
