Update Braze SDK to 21+ #78

Braze Android SDK 21.0.0 brings new APIs to handle Android 13 notification permissions - see: https://www.braze.com/docs/developer_guide/platform_integration_guides/android/android_13/

mParticle Kit should be bumped to support this.

Hey @zawadz88 , this was just released in version 5.41.2. It should be available shortly via MavenCentral if it isn't already
