TimsToF: no figures are generated #72

At the end of the TimsToF data analysis, the error message "not able to generate the figures" appears and in the "qc_results" folder there is only "quality_control.csv" and no summary. Same Problem if one analyse one or more data files.

The problem was that the script was searching for Thermo-specific columns that are obviously not present for the Bruker data. I fixed this now in commit c5d3bb2, so that the script runs also with Bruker data (not yet updated on the nf-cloud). However I have to see if we can plot certain "additional figures" also for Bruker.

additional Bruker plots (pressure, temperature etc) are added by commit 82313e8
