Multiaccount - For Qtile and other Window Managers #638

now you can use multiaccount with Qtile and other Window Managers on linux. I also created the structure for managing multiaccount configurations into config.yaml and for other devs to add multiaccount capability for other operational systems and desktop environments in a clean way.

Yes!! I tested it!! And I’ve been using it for a couple of days now. I didn’t do for Windows because I don’t have the OS on my machine btw
