initial defaulttasks.txt EN created for #911 #1203

This is a file 'defaulttasks.txt' to be loaded (by default?) for new users. It contains some general tasks, and some hints on 'hidden features'. @smichel17 and colleagues feel free to move the file to a location (folder, path) of your gusto, and/or adjust (shorten) its contents.

I think this is a good example for a basic todo.txt, but that is only half the story. The more involved part is showing this todo at the right time. I will merge the PR but it does require more work to make it actually useful.
