I've never owned a smart watch. My gut says the most useful feature would be universal capture -- tap the watch, dictate to it, speech recognition -> new task.
It might also be useful if the watch could show a handful (wristful?) of tasks that are due today. How many tasks could you view on a watch?
Well you could scroll. I would say a good reference for inspiration is the google keep app. It allows you to scroll multiple keep cards which doesn't apply, but within a card can be either plain text or lists with a checkbox. It also has ambient mode, which is nice.
I dont own one, but I will check.
So we just need to raise a couple hundred dollars to buy you one! Something something Snowdrift.coop
You could borrow mine @mpcjanssen . Email me your address and I will send to you for month or so.
@mpcjanssen is in Europe; might take a month to get there :P (a joke. kind of.)
I will check with an emulator, please don't send me stuff, I don't want the hard commitment to do something about this :)
Note that capturing of tasks should work with note to self on google now. Not sure how that works on a smartwatch though.
Pretty please.
Not sure what you would reuse. Maybe the watch would simply show the currently applied filter. Maybe allow only scrolling and marking as done.
