Some of the repeating reminders are not showing up in any of the Memento apps on Mac OS, iOS, iPadOS. Every app is the newest version. What could be the problem?

Hmm that's suspicious. Have you compared Memento to Apple's Reminders app to see if there's any differences? Sometimes that can be helpful for debugging.
