some hydrograph observed lines appear dashed #2

There must be missing data remaining in the long form of the data. Probably need to remove those before plotting.

Removed NAs from the hydrograph long data. This should remove the dashed lines in the hydrographs. bb79a1996cf5b3c76e6bc3658e786a6b6e272bf4
