cannot drag and drop entries #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i cannot drag form elements into the blue box from the pink box
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cannot "grab" the elements

Which handset or browser did you notice the problem on? On what operating
system? What is the name of the Project that you were trying to use?
browser is internet explorer

Hi,

Do you mean from the red box to the green box? If so, which version of IE? You 
have to drag the name of the control, and not the control itself.
