OpenCV can't open/read #1

Hey there Matthew,

I tried running the Sherlock Code for a camera trap project for that I've been tagging manually so far. I ran into a trouble I couldn't solve yet. Du you have an hint, on what I could try next?

This is my troubleshooting log

Goals

create input folder

remove prefix

run legacy code w/o prefix

install opencv-python with conda

conda install conda-forge::open-cv

Run Jupyter lab from anaconda console as admin

check anaconda console

opencv can't open/read file: check file path/integrity` when creating Background images

website with possible solutions

Run on another machine / Desktop, Windows

Hey!

Big apologies for the slow reply - has been a hectic couple of months!

We're working on releasing a new version of Sherlock which (among many things) will include some much better error handling! It should be out in a couple of weeks - if the new version doesn't sort your issues then let me know and we can try and solve it :)
