Anand was asking about being able to rotate the NRM pupil mask with respect to the primary. There's text in the doc strings about a pupil_rotation option but it looks like the implementation is incomplete. Whoops. Need to pass that option through to the call to FITSOpticalElement along with the pupil shift options.
