Update PSF library maker for version 0.6 #144

These changes update the PSF library maker for the renamed OPD maps in 0.6, and add support for a few NIRISS modes. I can probably add in the NRM modes with associated filters once I find out which ones those are.

Example outputs are in /user/jlong/jwst_psf_library_0.6.0rc1/.

Things I should do:

spit out wavelength cubes for NIRSpec (but what ranges and sampling?)
only compute broadband PSFs with the TA filters using the MSA all open pupil mask on NIRSpec
Add NIRISS NRM PSFs
Generate plots and an HTML index file
