WebbPSF-WFIRST docs refer to Cycle 5 #146

The docs on pythonhosted.org still say Cycle 6 updates are coming soon, when in fact they're already here.

The updated docs on readthedocs.io states "The WFI model is based on the Cycle 6 instrument reference information"
