luacheck precompiled binary for 0.22.1 not available on releases page #175

Pretty minor as the link to the file is available in the readme, However it is missing on the release page (where I normally jump to first).

Should be fixed now. I've uploaded it there when releasing and the link still works, for some reason github wanted me to reupload it.
