v4.0 release #84

Version 4.0 is a complete rewrite that adds much-needed attention, functionality, and documentation to Stylemark. Track its progress here: https://github.com/mpetrovich/stylemark/projects/2

Highlights:

Completely rewritten using Remark
Plugin-based architecture simplifies customization and extension
Theming support allows completely custom themes
Examples rendered using Shadow DOM instead of iframes
Integrates more easily into Webpack-based projects
