Http connect for tls proxy and SNI #161

Adds

CONNECT to proxy for tunneling TLS
SNI for TLS - that could also be given as option for cases where this is really needed (e.g. reverse proxy for TLS tunneling of several domains) but generally shouldn't hurt as there should be little privacy concerns

I appear to have closed this by accident - ah, or potentially this was closed implicitly when I was re-basing the cmp. Will also re-base and force-push this here.
